Aditya Timpack Pvt. Ltd. has developed a state-of-the-art infrastructure at Valoti, Gandevi, Billimora, Gujarat, India. We are located in a well-developed area with easy access to raw materials, labor, and transportation facilities.
Our manufacturing unit is well-equipped with the latest machinery and includes a laboratory to test the raw materials procured from our trusted vendors.

These machines give us the edge to manufacture all types of bags and help us achieve a high production capacity, enabling us to fulfill bulk requirements within the stipulated time frame.

To ensure optimal performance, our machines are regularly maintained and upgraded in a timely manner.

With the combined efforts of our skilled workforce and precision machinery, we also offer customized printing services as per our clients’ specifications.

Our advanced printing machines enable us to print on bags and fabrics with high accuracy. The prints include our clients’ company logos and branding elements, enhancing the packaging of their products.

We utilize advanced printing facilities such as four-color printing, offset printing, hot stamping, gravure printing, and additional options including tissue inserts, hang tags, and bag labels.

  1. EXTRUSION
    • We produce 10,000 kgs per day of polypropylene tapes in various weights and strengths.
  2. CIRCULAR LOOMS
    • Our 6-shuttle to 8-shuttle circular looms produce tubular fabric ranging from 48 cm to 210 cm, with a production capacity of 41,000 meters per day.
  3. BAG FINISHING
    • We manufacture up to 7,000 bags per day using stitching patterns such as Hercules stitch with safety, chain stitch, and lock stitch.
  4. LIFTING BELT (WEBBING)
    • We produce webbing from 1.5 cm to 10 cm in width, with a capacity of 30,000 meters per day.
  5. PE LINER (CO-EXTRUDER LINER)
    • Our co-extrusion facility produces up to 25,000 meters of PE liners per day.
  6. PREPARATORY / CUTTING
    • We offer various cutting techniques including heat cutting, cold cutting, heat-seal cutting, and ultrasonic cutting.
  7. 4-COLOR PRINTING
    • Our flexographic printing facility allows printing up to four colors on all four sides of the bag. We also provide BOPP printing on FIBCs as per customer requirements.
  8. LAMINATION
    • Our lamination plant produces fabric ranging from 2 meters to 4 meters in width, with thickness customized as per customer requirements. We laminate up to 50,000 meters per day.
  9. CLEAN ROOM FACILITY
    • Aditya Timpack Pvt. Ltd. manufactures FIBCs in a state-of-the-art clean room facility to meet stringent customer requirements. The facility is fully integrated from fabric production to final packing and maintains high hygienic standards in compliance with global quality norms.

The Aditya Timpack Pvt. Ltd. Dispatch Centre is strategically located approximately 80 km from our manufacturing facility at Hazira Port, Surat—one of the largest ports in Gujarat. The port is well-connected and easily accessible by road, ensuring minimal transit time for shipments.

Hazira Port is serviced by major international shipping lines, providing flexibility in carrier selection and enabling us to dispatch shipments worldwide efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
