  • Aditya Timpack Pvt. Ltd.has developed a state-of-the art infrastructure at Valoti, Gandevi, Billimora, Gujarat, India. We are located at a developed area with all the facilities like easy access to raw materials, labours and transportation system. The manufacturing unit is well-equipped with latest machinery and a laboratory to perform test on raw materials that we procure from our trusted vendors.
  • Sound infrastructural facilities enables us to meet our orders timely without any delays. We have provide our work force with all resources they need to perform their work smoothly.
  • our infrastructure detail is:
    • 16,000 sq. Meter land area.
    • 1,25,000 sq.Feet Construction area (built-up Area) with well air circulated construction.
    • 1,000 sq. Meter Land scrapping for Gardening area.
    • 500 sq. Meter internal road.
    • 575 square meter container loading ramp.
  • The machines and tools installed at our unit such as:

  • These machines gives us the edge to make any type of bag and help us in achieving a noticeable production capacity and thus fulfilling the bulk requirements of our clients within the stipulated time frame.
  • In order to keep the machines in proper working condition, these are maintained and upgraded timely.
  • With the combined efforts of our resources and precision machines, we also offer printing services to our clients as per their specifications.
  • We have special printing machines that enable us to print these bags, fabrics etc. These prints contain the logos of our client’s company or establishment and make use of our bags for packaging their products.
  • We make use of advanced printing facilities like four-color printing, offset printing, hot stamping, gravure and other options such as tissue inserts, hang tags and bag labels.
    • EXTRUSTION

    We produce 10,000 kgs per day of Polypropylene tapes of various weights and strengths

    CIRCULAR LOOMS

    We have circular looms from 6-shuttle to 8-shuttle looms where we can produce 48 cms tube to 210 cms tube and 41,000 Meter per day.

    BAG FINISHING

    We produce 7,000 bags per day. We have stitching pattern like Heracle plus safety, chain stitch, lock stitch.

    LIFTING BELT (WEBBING)

    We can produce 1.5 cms to 10 cms width. We produce 30,000 meters of webbing/day

    PE LINER (CO-EXTRUDER LINER)

    PE Liner (Co-Extruder Liner) produce 25,000 metres of liners per day

    PREPARATORY / CUTTING

    We have various types of cutting like heat cutting, cold cutting, heat seal cutting and ultrasonic cutting.

    4-COLOR PRINTING

    We have a flexo-graphic printing facility where we can printing up-to 4 color on all four-sides of the bag. We can also provide BOPP printing on FIBCs as per customer requirement

    LAMINATION

    We have a lamination plan which can produce from 2 metres to 4 meters and thickness based on customer. We laminate 50,000 meters per day.

    CLEAN ROOM FACILITY

    Adityatimpack produces FIBCs from its state-of-the-art Clean Room facility to fulfill stringent customer requirements. Our facility is well integrated from fabric stage to packing with highly maintained hygienic conditions which adheres to global standards.
